Fillet steak Rosini; bacon, pate and crouton, red wine reduction, baby carrots, turnip puree and dauphinoise potatoes

Roulade of lemon sole. Pancetta and scallops on a mussel and saffron cream tagliatelli

Sweet glazed duck breast, soy and orange syrup, steamed pak choy and black bean and egg fried basmati

Wild mushroom, tomato and basil risotto finished with a quenelle of cream cheese
