To Begin

Prawn and avocado cocktail and garlic croutons

Wild mushroom and asparagus risotto finished with basil oil and parmesan shavings

Poached duck egg Benedictine; ham, melba toast and glazed hollandaise sauce

Steamed Fowey mussels, double cream, white wine, fresh thyme and garlic

 

To Follow

Roast loin of Nether Stowey pork, amazing crackling, sage and onion stuffing, cider gravy and all the trimmings

Roast sirloin of West country beef, Yorkshire pudding stuffed with cabbage and pancetta, red wine reduction and all the trimmings

Mediterranean nut roast, madeira cream sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes and all the trimmings

Steamed lemon sole fillets, caper and parsley butter, crab and potato croquette and crisp mixed salad

 

To Finish

Vanilla and white chocolate meringue nest topped with mixed berry compote

Warm Belgium chocolate torte, caramelised banana and clotted cream

Warm rhubarb and bramley apple crumble and toffee custard

Cheese board of local hard and soft cheeses, biscuits, Reeves relish, celery and grapes

 

 

£30 per person for 3 courses, £24 per person for 2 courses or £17 for a main only
