To Begin

Cream  of asparagus soup finished with hot smoked salmon flakes or crispy onions

King prawn and avocado cocktail, garlic croutons and wild rocket

Ham hock terrine, our own picallili, poached quails eggs and spelt bread toast

Crispy tempura chicken, coriander and sesame iceberg lettuce basket and sweet chilli dip

To Follow

Roast sirloin of beef, amazing Yorkshire pudding, cooking jus gravy and all the trimmings

Roast loin of Pork, proper crackling, sage and sausage stuffing, served with all the roast trimmings

Grilled wild turbot on a Brixham crab risotto finished with a hint of chilli and a green salad

Pan roasted chicken breast, wild mushroom buerre blanc, new potatoes and spinach

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, fresh basil and pine nut linguini, and hollandaise sauce                                                                                                                                     

To Finish

Warm dark chocolate filled profiteroles and vanilla ice cream

Apple, stem ginger and honey brioche pudding, salted caramel sauce and clotted cream

Lemon cheesecake crowned fresh raspberries and spun sugar

Cheese plate of local hard and soft cheeses, toasted walnut bread and Reeves relish
