Char grilled sirloin steak, melted Bath blue cheese or three peppercorn and brandy sauce, French fries and salad (£5 supplement)

Sweet glazed duck breast, soy and orange syrup, steamed pak choy and egg fried basmati

Baked masala spiced hake, yellow raison rice pilaff on a cream lobster fond and finished with asparagus spears
