The menu below is for parties of 6 people or more. If your Christmas party is smaller than six please call the restaurant to speak about availability. The normal à la cart menu will be running along side of the Christmas party menu

To start

Steamed mussels in cream, white wine, garlic and fresh thyme

Hot creamy “Smokies” of haddock, cod, prawns and salmon topped with a pecorino crust

Chicken liver parfait, dressed wild rocket, beetroot crisps, balsamic caviar and melba toast

Tarragon and brandy button mushrooms on toasted brioche finished with a chive crème fraiche

Southern style panko chicken goujons, Jack Daniels sticky sauce served with a red cabbage and red onion coleslaw

To Follow

Roast free range turkey, chestnut, sage and sausage stuffing, pigs in blankets, real cooking juice gravy and all the trimmings

Char grilled sirloin steak, melted Bath blue cheese or three peppercorn and brandy sauce, French fries and salad (£3 supplement)

Baked rump of English lamb rubbed with fine herbs and garlic, served with a redcurrant reduction, leek and tomato gratin and a pot of boulangère potatoes

Roasted cod and king prawns, in a coconut milk and chilli sauce served on a lemon grass and ginger pilaf and finished with braised pak choi and bell pepper

Mixed bean stuffed pepper, topped with grilled haloumi on a saffron cous cous and finished with rocket oil

To Finish

Christmas pudding, caramel and brandy sauce and clotted cream

Duo of blackberry, lemon and lavender posset and almond and pistachio biscotti

Dark chocolate expresso mousse, white chocolate curls, bourbon crumb and vanilla cream

Selection of Granny Gothards West country organic ice creams served with a dark chocolate sauce or raspberry coulis

Cheeseboard of award winning South West cheese, “Reeves” relish, celery ribbons, grapes and a cracker selection (£2 supplement)
