Hors D’oeuvres and olives


To Begin

Breaded Torr goats cheese on an apple and beetroot compote, root vegetable crisps

Brixham crab and potato chowder finished with saffron croutons

Confit of chicken, bacon and bean cassoulet, roasted garlic


Carpaggio of venison loin, parmesan shavings, girolle mushrooms


To Follow

Char grilled fillet steak, parmentiere potatoes, watercress puree, glace de viande and roasted cherry tomatoes

Baked rump of lamb, fine bean and proscuitto roll, dauphinoise potataoes and a mint and redcurrant reduction

Butternut squash and pine nut risotto finished with mozarella and fresh basil

Orange glazed duck breast, beansprout filo basket, teriyaki rice and pork dumplings

Steamed duo of wild seabass, scampi and samphire buerre blanc, new potatoes and tenderstem brocolli

Crème brulee and candied strawberries

Dark chocolate cheese cake, sesame brittle and mango coulis
