Hors D’oeuvres and olives

 

To Begin

Brixham crab and sweetcorn chowder finished with crispy seaweed

 

      Duck and brandy terrine, spring onion toast and baby pickles

 

Grilled Haloumi, artichoke hearts and balsamic croutons

 

Confit of chicken, wild mushroom risotto, parmesan crisps

 

To Follow

Rosemary and garlic rump lamb, dauphinoise, redcurrant and mint jus

Fillet of beef, portebello mushroom, Jack Daniels and liquorice reduction,

pancetta mash

Pan fried cod fillet wrapped in Parma ham, crushed new potatoes, tomato and

chive butter sauce

Tempura vegetables, ginger and coconut sauce, sticky garlic rice

To Finish

Crepe suzette and vanilla ice cream

Strawberry marquise, dark chocolate sauce, white chocolate pearls

Lemon meringue cheesecake and caramel sauce
