New Years Eve Dinner 2015

Selection of hors d’oeuvres to include;
Crispy goat cheese and spinach filo, Smoked salmon and avocado roulade
and Honeyed pork skewers
Lemon grass and coconut soup finished either king prawns or chicken
Steamed turbot, crab croquettes and lava bread
Hotpot of smoked fish, cheddar and chilli toast
Vine tomato, fennel and onion tart finished with gruyere
Pineapple and sugar rum sorbet
Char grilled fillet steak, béarnaise sauce, pea puree and smoked paprika chips
Fois gras topped magret of duck,, on a bacon and orange cassoulet with crisp sage leaves
Rosemary and garlic marinated rump of lamb, baby root vegetables, minted sauté potatoes
Roulade of mushroom duxelle, red lentils and crème fraiche with garlic basmati rice
Chocolate plate – White chocolate and toasted macadamia brownie, hot banana and baileys pancake, Salted caramel tort.
Fruit plate – Apple and cinnamon sponge, Dunster honey ice cream,, champagne jelly with berries, passion fruit cheesecake.
