To Begin

Breaded Torr goats cheese and an apple and ginger compote


Brixham crab and potato chowder finished with saffron croutons


 Confit of chicken, bacon and bean cassoulet, roasted garlic


Carpaggio of venison loin, parmesan shavings, girolle mushrooms


To Follow

Baked rump of lamb, fine bean and proscuitto roll, dauphinoise potataoes and a mint and redcurrant reduction

Char grilled mediterranean vegetable risotto finished with mozarella and fresh basil

Roast bronze turkey, sausage and fennel stuffing and all the trimmings

Wild seabass fillet, citrus, chilli and coriander butter, steamed rice and tenderstem


To Finish

Crème brulee and candied strawberries

Dark chocolate cheese cake, sesame brittle and mango coulis
